Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Appointments are available and welcome for our patients of all ages. We are also pleased to accept new patients. Our office is open from 9 am-5 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we are open from 7 am-2 pm.
Financial
As a courtesy to our patients, we will be more than happy to submit insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Any uninsured portion is due at the time of service. We believe that your dental treatment is an investment in your overall health. To assist you in maintaining that investment, we offer several payment options. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 72 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
